Salesforce Schedule Dashboard

You can schedule a dashboard so that Salesforce automatically emails you and other people a copy of it periodically. Dashboards and reports that are scheduled have a checkbox in the Scheduled dashboard column.

Schedule a Dashboard

  1. Open the dashboard you want to schedule.

    You can't schedule dashboards if they are:

    • Filtered dashboards
    • Dynamic dashboards

  2. Click the Refresh arrow and select Schedule Refresh.

    The Schedule Dashboard Refresh screen appears.

  3. Specify to whom you want to send the Email Dashboard.

  4. Specify when you want to send the dashboard in the Dashboard Schedule.

    Finally, you need to specify what time the dashboard is sent.

  5. Click Find available options by Preferred Start Time.

  6. Select a time.
  7. When you're all finished, click Save.

The Schedule Dashboard Refresh screen closes. This dashboard will automatically email to its recipients at the specified day and time.

Edit or Remove a Dashboard Schedule

You can easily change the dashboard schedule - or remove it all together.

  1. Click the Refresh arrow and select Schedule Refresh.

  2. Edit the schedule or click Unschedule Dashboard.
  3. Click OK.

The dashboard is removed from the schedule.
