You can schedule a report so that Salesforce automatically .
Schedule a Report
- Open the report you want to schedule.
- Click the Run Report arrow and select Schedule Future Runs.
The Schedule Report screen appears.
- Specify to whom you want to send the Email Report.
- Specify the Frequency that you want to schedule your reports.
You can select what days you want to send the report.
- Click Find available options by Preferred Start Time to specify what time the report be sent.
- Select a time.
- Click Save Report Schedule.
The Schedule Report screen closes. This report will automatically be emailed to the recipients on the day and time you specify.
Edit or Remove a Report Schedule
You can easily change the report schedule - or remove it all together.
- Click the Run Report arrow and select Schedule Future Runs.
- Edit the schedule or click Unschedule Report.
The report schedule is updated.
